Terms and conditions of use
All items shipped from Rings.Direct are insured for full value until delivery to your location. All jewelry shipments require signature confirmation.
Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by Rings.Direct of the merchandise in its original condition.
We most often ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express with signature required, most locations are 1-3 days for deliver upon completion of the items ordered. Please note as indicated on products many of our products take 2-4 weeks from date of order/payment received.
We ship to only within the United States and to only verified physical addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Mail forwarding Services, UPS Stores, etc. Overnight shipping, etc within the US are also not included in the pricing and would be an additional charge customer would have to pay for up front.

Rings.Direct will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section.
All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to Rings.Direct within 10 days of receipt of the original purchase. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.
All items that are special order, custom order, custom made to order or that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged (including any items engraved). All items on this site are special order items, unless the item indicates otherwise.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through the UPS, FedEX or U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer’s expense.
All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear.
Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from Rings.Direct to your account within 7 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds by Rings.Direct will be issued by business check within 10 business days. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded within 7 business days. All refunds that are paid, will be minus shipping and handling charges.

Personal customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed to any non-related third parties. Rings.Direct does not sell mailing lists and will not disclose your name, email address, or any other information about you to any non-related third parties.
When you make a purchase at Rings.Direct, our server uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to connect with you. This protocol will encrypt your personal information, guarding it from interception and misuse. Your security and a safe shopping environment are our primary concerns.
